While 2025 Is Still Loading (by Tanja)

While 2025 is still loading... ✨ As we stand at the edge of the year, with 2025 quietly waiting in the wings, we can't help but pause, pause to look back, pause to feel the weight of everything we’ve experienced, and pause to acknowledge the deep gratitude we carry in our hearts for every single one of you. 2024 has been a year of so much change - of challenges, of heartbreak, and of growth. But through it all, you were there. Each of you, whether a long-time supporter or someone who came to us more recently, became a part of this journey that we never could have made it through without you. To the kind souls we met at the Markets, to the ones who took the time to listen to our stories, and to those who shared their own, your words have stayed with us. You’ve trusted us with your stories of how our products have made a difference in your lives. Some of you have told us how they’ve helped heal physical pain, while others have shared how they’ve brought you peace in moments of deep...

Understanding Your Voice (by Tanja)

I would like to share my thoughts with you regarding an issue that I am personally battling with - Self Advocacy - and I'm sure many of you can relate. Self advocacy is an essential skill, but it’s not always easy—especially for those of us who naturally avoid confrontation or tend to internalize feelings.  Having a timid personality is not bad, but it can be inadequate when it comes to business, especially when you're in a position of authority.  Feeling undermined or overlooked, especially in a situation where you're the decision-maker, is a dynamic that can be so frustrating (particularly when it's your own business on the line), creating a sense of vulnerability. Many business owners and leaders face the same internal struggle of standing up for themselves without wanting to be confrontational. My situation started out as a general marketing meeting, which I expected to be casual yet important, but ended up with me experiencing many  conflicting emotions (mostly ne...

The Road Less Travelled (by Tanja)

While writing this piece for my niece's 21st birthday, I thought to myself: This piece is so beautiful and full of meaning and passion, that I would like to adapt it slightly and address it to you, the reader of our Blog. *** Today marks a significant milestone in your life, a moment where you stand on the threshold of endless possibilities. As you step into this new chapter, I want to share a thought with you—a thought about "The Road Less Travelled." In life, you'll be presented with many paths, some well-trodden, others mysterious and winding. The road less travelled is often the one that challenges us the most, but it's also the one that shapes us, defines us, and brings out the very best in us. It’s the path that invites us to dream bigger, love deeper, and live more authentically. As you navigate your journey, don’t be afraid to take risks, to explore the unknown, and to  choose the road that speaks to your heart, even if it’s the one less travelled by...

Put On Your Running Shoes (by Tanja)

Put on your running shoes, the time for walking is over It’s been a few weeks since I last wrote something for our blog. Setting up our new business , research and development, manufacturing, perfecting and marketing of our products, consumes our days. And yes, we are moving forward. We love what we do and we love the benefits that our clients are receiving from using what we’ve created. However, the time for walking is over for us. We now have to put on our running shoes, lace up and start running. We’ve reached a place of urgency. While walking is great to get started, it’s a slower pace of life where people are complacent, content with the status quo. Running, on the other hand, symbolizes the need to adapt, move faster, and push beyond comfort zones. You can tie this perspective into personal growth, career ambitions, or even bigger issues like global challenges. Just as running strengthens the body, tackling life's challenges head-on builds inner strength and resilie...

No Matter The Storm (by Tanja)

In one of my favorite movies, The Count of Monte Cristo, Edmond says to Albert: “Life is a storm, my young friend. You will bask in the sunlight one moment, be shattered on the rocks the next. What makes you a man is what you do when that storm comes. You must look into that storm and shout as you did in Rome. Do your worst, for I will do mine!” I have often wondered to myself during some of our most difficult trials whether the Universe has some bizarre plan with our lives or whether it is all just chance. Well, I decided to give it some further contemplation and came up with a few ideas which I would like to share with you.   Perspectives on a Universal Plan Here are some religious, spiritual, philosophical and scientific views. Religious Perspectives: Christianity: Many Christians believe in God's plan for each person, as mentioned in the Bible (e.g. Jeremiah 29:11). Islam: The concept of "Qadr" (divine decree) suggests that Allah has a plan for everyon...
